Thali started as a street food truck at the Glastonbury Festival after our founder Jim travelled to India and fell in love with the food. We showcase the hero dishes of the subcontinent from the back streets of Bombay to the beach shacks of Goa and offer a unique interpretation of Indian food.
At Thali we care about the environment so we use no palm oil in our cooking and we follow an in depth recycling scheme to ensure as little as possible goes to landfill.
All of our meat and dairy is locally sourced and free range, our fish is MSC certified, fruit and veg is seasonal and locally sourced where possible so we not only reduce the carbon footprint from unnecessary miles, but are proud to support other local businesses in Bristol.
In this fast paced world we don’t always have the time to eat right, so we thought we’d make it that bit easier for you to get great food. And it is great! We are proud that our food is cooked fresh every day using locally sourced, sustainable great quality ingredients.
We also wanted to help the environment a little bit, so on-top of using compostable packaging, we wanted to reduce the number of petrol powered vehicles clogging up the streets of Bristol.
Simply order your dinner in advance, then collect on your way home or at the time you specified, saving you the wait time, the hassle of cooking and giving you a great meal.
So move your boogie, come and collect your Thali today.
